Looking for any feedback on this place. It is located on O'Neil Street as you are leaving out of Clayton. I think that is the right name of this place.
I've used them several times. I've had mixed results in recent history. I like the owner, just not sure of his mechanics. :?:
I look for honesty in a mechanic. Don't try to sell me what I don't really need. The owner is as honest as the day is long. The work there is good too, I've never had a problem.
Would not recommend them! They are not too good of mechanics. They half a$$ repairs. I will not use them again!
Got a quote for some brake work there and was told that the car needed new tie rod ends (for something like an additional $700, nearly all labor). This didn't sound right as the car had 60K miles on it and no play at all in the steering wheel. I took it in to the dealer for a second opinion and was told that there was no problem at all... I won't be going back.
Went there when the first opened and it was great working with Keith, but it has gone downhill over the years and not good anymore. Always trying to upsell more than you need. Stay away.
