I do plan on calling them, but I'd like some personal reviews, too. I may be needing to take JCATS to appointments in Raleigh (doctors, etc) for awhile. All the website says is it's $15.00. Wondering if that's each way or round trip, and can you set the times for pickup and return. I had checked on the same thing for another county's service for my mother (rides within the county, not to another county), and they said they'd pick her up first thing in the morning and then she'd have to wait until the end of the day for a ride home.
