Can anyone recommend a great lawyer that can handle an appealed traffic violation? Phone numbers and addresses would be a great help.

Try Vann Sauls -- he is very good, and extremely affordable.

You're very welcome!!! I've had a sour taste put in my mouth recently and probably shouldn't judge all by one. Just received a $17,500 settlement where my lawyer took $17,000 in fees......Ptoooey!!!!:evil::evil:

Good grief, thats terrible! Didn't they have anything upfront in the agreement as to what percentage they would get?

Not that type of settlement, not done on contingency, but on an hourly basis, and.....

Those hourly rates add up!!!! (Can you say, "padding the bill"?) What I couldn't figure out was all the conferences with the opposing attorney....WTH do they have to talk about; the weather at their beach mcmansion???, their golf scores???, how much they reamed their last client???

It's a long story, but this is an attorney ( and I thought a friend) who just thoroughly GOUGED me, and knows how unhappy I am. It's just the same old GREED that is so commonplace in corporate America.:evil::evil:
