Anyone know of a malpractice attorney? We have an 8yo daughter that has had a horrible thing happen to her. We've thought about this ALOT the last week and others have encouraged us to seek an attorney for many, many reasons. No other surgeons want to follow up after the job he did on her. We may have to go out of state to find someone willing to try to save the function of her arm and even that is unlikely. The whole case is sad, hard to deal w/, and hard to know she's in constant pain.

So, if any of you know of an attorney that looks at cases to see if they can help, please let me know. We know nothing about attorneys whatsoever. Nothing. This idea never even crossed our minds until everyone else had said consider her future. We had another attorney out of state that actually represents the doctors during malpractice suits and he said we need an attorney immediately. There's obviously ALOT more to this story but alot I will not make public. All we need is someone willing to help our daughter. She needs corrective surgery ASAP and we can't get anyone to help. Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

I can't help you there, but if you ever need a fraud attorney, I've got one!

I can put you in touch with one in Harnett Co. that could probably steer you in the right direction.

Thanks to all the emails I recieved. It is really a tough decision to make but bottom line is we can't leave her in pain and need someone willing to help her. An attorney may be our only chance to save the use of her arm. And even that is questionable at this point in time. You never think a "simple" surgery can end horribly but it can. My kids have needed many surgeries over the years and we've never had trouble. Mistakes happen. I understand. But if you try to tell a surgeon something is wrong on several occassions and they blow you off like an over concerned parent, then something is wrong.

Again, thanks for all the input, we are digesting it this weekend.
