Friendly male pit bull, solid white, not neutered, still wearing invisible fence shock collar has been wandering around Allen's Landing in the Cleveland area today. Looks a bit on the thin side. I didn't have any dog food but provided water - seems fairly healthy but a bit stressed. He's not hanging around any one house, but has been spotted off and on all day on George Wilton and Rudy Dr. I hope his owners see this!
