I was just over at Rynal Dr. and South Shiloh and there is scared dog running around the neighborhood with it's leash still attached. I tried to see if it would come to me, but it's very skittish. This was on Rynal at about 8:45. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Hope she gets home.
