    Did y'all see THIS?

You think our state legislators are bad? Apparently a typo in a (relatively new) Arkansas law would allow infants to get married.

You would think that fixing it would be easy. A little white out, a quick vote, and a governor's signature.

    But Nooooo!

A code revision commission tried to fix the mistake, but now some of the legislators are saying that the fix went too far. Now they need to call a special session of the state legislators. One state congresswoman is concerned that pedophiles will flock to Arkansas and convince parents of infants to allow them to marry their babies.

Hey, Arkansas Legislators, here's your sign.

According to that law, someone that is pregnant can get married at any age without parental consent.

Funny that this gets posted today. Was watching John Mark Karr try to duke it out with Dan Abrams last night. Dan mentioned that JMK married a 13 year old (girl) when he was just 19 and then a 16 year old (girl) when he was 20-something. JMK claimed that Georgia law allows for underaged pregnant marriages too. Whatta shame.

Oh, and JMK is now engaged to an albeit fine young lady with perhaps just a few mental health issues. But as JMK stated, "...those that know me do not find me creepy."

    Creeeeeeeeeeepy!

I guess you really have to wonder that since they are wanting a special session they seem to be really worried that their are parents out there that will consent.
