I just need to know. Am I the only person in Johnston county who knows who Arlo and Woody Guthrie are? And what some of their music is

"...you can get anything you want, at Alice's Restaurant!"(Arlo)

"...this land is your land, this land is my land, from California to the New York Island..." (Woody)

Got to see Arlo and Pete in concert together in my youth.

My Grandfather worked to get the National Song changed to the "Commies" "This Land is Your Land".

Yea I know. I have two (3rd row) seats on the aisle. Even went and picked up the Alice's restaurant album from Schoolkids records (hoping to get it autographed).

Arlo's Coming into Los Angeles "long story" like Alices Reataurant. Very funny!

I know a lot of people hate it, but I love it when old threads like this one get resurrected with new input. I think it's fun to review old topics and interests. :)
