Asphalt plant???

Saw this on the planning discussion board. Anyone know where on Pleasant Coats they are looking to build? Is this the Pleasant Coats near 210/WJHS or off hwy 50? This is the first I've heard of this and I wonder what it will look like?

 

or where they would put it? I hope it's not on N. Pleasant coats rd 210/40.

I thought this was the part on the FAR side of 210, on the dead end section of P-C Rd.
The part that backs up to I40??
