You don't have to wait in the left turning lane, there are other ways to get into the shopping center! Take the right hand lane, hang a right before the light, circle around and go straight thru the light, much less wait time!

I say this because last night I had to run to Target about 6pm, coming home from Raleigh and the line waiting to turn left was backed up all the way UNDER the overpass... I was probably back on my way home before some of those people even got to turn!

OH MY GOODNESS!!! It took me almost 20 minutes to get out of the parking lot yesterday! I have had my shopping done since Black Friday but decided one person needed a little something extra~bad move on my part. I thought since I got out of work early it would not be so bad but boy was I wrong! I am not leaving the house again until Wednesday!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm glad you posted that Bandmom. I laugh everytime I go by all that traffic and wonder how long folks sit there. I always go the backway and get on Cornwallis off of 42. Much easier!

    Jones Sausage Road?

Yes, I also get off at Jones Sausage Road, turn right, then wind around...the light crossing 70 is a quick one that way, but it's still much easier!

Girl, I feel for ya cause I work out that way too. Last night on the way home I was almost hit twice by people RUNNING stop signs! One guy was on the phone and didn't even see me!

We went to Smithfield today to the pottery and Wally World and it really wasn't that bad. All of the stores were busy but the lines were very organized and moved quickly.

I went by the pottery on the way to the movie today and there were people parked on the shoulder of the road!! There was also a cop working a fender bender on the opposite side of the road. Glad I was just passing through! By the way, National Treasure 2 was a great movie!!
