Looking for a good basketball league for my son. We have done upward but are looking for a little more. What is the best league around? GCAA, Clayton Parks, Garner Optimist? Thanks
I think registration is closed for gcaa. Check gcaasports.com for info. Have heard good things about mcgees too.
McGees is still doing registration, got this in an email this week. Just a friendly reminder that basketball registrations are being accepted till the end of this month.. We offer programs for boys and girls from 5-14. For more information, go to www.gomcaa.com and view the basketball page or to register online. Or attend one of our walk up dates. They are as follows... Saturday, 10/22/11 from 1-3PM and Tuesday 10/25/11 from 6-8PM. Both at the MCMS portico, in the back by the gym. My daughter played for McGee's last year for the first time and she'll be playing again this season. MCAA does a great job with the kids, I think. She had a great time. There was friendly competition, but nothing ridiculous for young kids. Also, the coaches and other parents were great to get to know.
