Best Buy electronics buyback program?

    Does't Best Buy offer gift cards for old electronics, even non-working (unless they went through the washer)?

    They do BUT they are VERY VERY picky on what they will take! I have a laptop thats only 3 yrs old that just needs to have the back ac jack replaced and they said no way jose! snots!

    ^No, his stuff is still locked in my closet. lol

    This is a 2GB iPod Nano. It doesn't work, I plug it in to the PC and the apple screen flashes, and then it just says Please Wait. Very Low Battery. I don't even see where the laptop is recognizing it.

    n/m I looked at their website, it says gently used. That means in working order, right?

    Garbage.
