:beathorse: OK, So I used to donate Blood and or Platletts. Depending on my mood. I have heard a Roumor that here in this State they actualy pay for this stuff. Is this true ? They used to get two bags of platletts out of me and all they would do is give ya is a Pepsi and a Fig Newton. Hey I am all for helping the other guy out and I realy do care for my fellow People. I am VERY new to this area and realy don't know Nuttin honey. So if any one has the correct information I surely would appreciate it. And is there any place that is like Local? You know some place that will take the Plateletts with out me having to drive to Canada or some far off land Like florida.

They do (or maybe did) but I don't know where... A freind used to donate for gas money ... back in the day when pepsi came in glass bottles and were collected for gas to cruise Benson. GASP! My age is showing! Stop looking! :jester:
