There is a person on Guy road in Clayton that a friend had some work done. He said the guy was superb.
Not exactly local, but I can vouch for Casey Pitts in Wake Forest. He mostly works on canvas, but he does it all if ou ask. Fair, Quick and great work. If you call the folks at Rolling View marina (falls lake) they can put you in touch with him or maybe someone else more local.
