Just wondering which you have experience with, ds can't join 4-H till 5 and Cub Scouts til 7.. Just weight my options! thanks
Both are wonderful programs. It really just depends on the child and their interest. Personally I have had more positive experiances with scouting. But again, all depends on the child and what you are looking for.
The boy scouts are all boys while 4-H is coed, The 4-H groups I have seen as well are usually more specialized, than the general broader spanning knowledge learned in the boy scouts. BTW......I am a Eagle Scout, and was a member of the Johnston county 4-H for awhile in high school. Craig
