On Sunday, March 17, C3 will host the C35K: Run for Peru. This will be our second annual 5K. All of the proceeds of the 5K will be used to send a C3 Team, including our C3 Leadership College students, to Lima, Peru to serve with Camino de Vida. FYI, if ya'll are running down or up Josephine Rd, make sure you have a police escort (not that I think my tax $ should pay for it) people drive like maniacs on josephine Rd. I don't even travel that rd anymore. :ack:

@harleygirl Thanks for looking out for us, and because of crazy drivers we have gotten DOT to approve the road (just the route portion) to be closed as well as JCSO to help protect the runners. Hoping for a big turn out and a fun run!

What portion of Josephine is being closed and for what time period? Will the residents who live off of Josephine be informed? Thanks!

The residents should be getting a letter in the mail this week. Access to the Newest Jordan Ridge Subdivision (close to the church) will available if coming from Cornwallis down Josephine but not from CSR.

Yep...... that is still the church that helps the world but won't do crap for the old lady living across the street from their church with no hot water. They can't or won't walk across the street to offer assistance to help her clean up her property or extend a hand in friendship because her daughter is weird.
 Keep up the good work doing stuff that gets high publicity and that looks good.
I have done what I can.
