Our cell phone contract is up soon with ATT while we are considering new phones and new contract ,we were told briefly about a cell/ tv/ internet combo package, anyone have it? Right now I have time warner and I think I am paying to much for basic cable, internet and phone. Would love to hear what companies yall use and why?

If you go the route of new phones, don't get a new contract. Just go to eBay, buy the phone you want (make sure it's for the Cingular/AT&T network), and put your SIM card in it. It's good to give yourself options, in case you find something better before 24 months are up.

If we could get AT&T service here, we would definitely have it - the new AT&T bundle with U-verse is supposed to be really good. DH is a digital tech for them and he's ticked only Sprint (vomit) serves our area (210 / mcgees) We use TWC because we had so many headaches for three years with Sprint. . .don't even get me started. Not thrilled with TWC - something (internet, phone, cable and sometimes all three)goes out at least once a month for hours at a time, but it's still better than Sprint.

My cell is with AT&T and I love it - have had it for over a year and seldom have calls dropped - I had the hardest time with Nextel/Sprint - was constantly getting dropped, or no signal at all on Cleveland School Rd from around C3 to Smithfield and along Hwy 210 in my neck of the woods to Smithfield. I couldn't use it at home, unless I went and stood in my driveway grrrrr. . .I'm happy to say I can use my AT&T cell inside the house and never get dropped.

Had Alltel prior to Nextel/Sprint and it was just as bad trying to get a signal - ticked me off once so bad, I literally rolled down my window and tossed it out onto I40. . .yes I littered, no I am not proud of acting like a child either, but it was before my hysterectomy and I was hormonal:oops: PMS has been used as a defense for committing murder too;)
