Wondering if anyone out there in 4042 land was talented in cake making? As you know, we are giving Kyle a going away party Saturday and would love to have a cake done with maybe the AF emblem on it or done in the shape of a plane or something like that. If anyone is talented or knows someone that will do one very reasonabley (finances a little tight right now due to new job and the holidays), please let me know. I can go to FL or W-M or someplace like that, but would have to pick from what they have, and can do it, but would like to make this special if I can. Appreiciate it!!!

Cakes.... I know for a fact that Granola Acres Mayor does a Fabulose Job at making Cakes and Specialty Cakes. Give her a shout . She realy has a great tallent in this area. :beathorse:
Alyssa at Big Steve's Bagels is the bomb! She has made 2 cakes for me, both personalized in the colors and details I wanted and not only were they beautiful and delicious, they were also very, very affordable. She has a book up there with some of the cakes she has made and if you ask her she can do just about anything you want. I highly recommend her!
I second Cleveland Cake. They are excellent. They now have a location on US 70 east of Clayton close to Telecris. Their "milky way" cake is hard to beat. I am confident they can decorate with Air Force theme.
As much as I would love to help, I can't make/sell cakes from my home cause of the animals. Sounds like it would be a fun cake to make though. Sheri
i second that, she has done cakes for me and they are the bomb decorating style but also tastewise, which you do not always get from commercial delis. if you want her number, call me or pm me and i have it. Trust me, coming from an ex-professional-cakedecorator, she is great.
