So.....I work this part time job at night as a credit counselor. Now, we don't talk with people in NC at all (has to do with some law..) but we do talk with people everywhere else in the USA. So if you know of anybody in another state that is undergoing credit counseling can you please tell them, and ask them to tell anyone that they know, it is not "okay" to call in after you've had a few drinks, smoked a bit of whacky weed, in the middle of a fight with your spouse and are cussing each other out or having a "discussion" with your teenager that is getting LOUD, all while trying to conduct a consultation. We are counselors but not THAT kind of counselors. And for the love of God and ALL that is holy, can ya just leave the attitude in the other room.....k? Thanks for listening! :grouphug:
LOL...I know! They do an online questionaire (God only knows how they get through it) and then it instructs them to call in to us and we go over it with them. I just think it's because at night, we get all the people fresh home from work (or some cases it seems like the local PUB) and everyone just is WAY to relaxed to even know what the crap they're doing. And tell some whopper lies!!!! Good God almighty the LIES......changing stories and trying to have another person speak as a spouse for them since their REAL spouse isn't there. I have some very MANLY women and some very GIRLY men talking. I know that some voices are just that way but I can also tell when someone is faking it. I wanna say, "Are ya part Taliban or Al Qaeda? Cause all THEY do is lie. You been hanging with them?" I don't say that but it's right there ready to fly out of my mouth. LOL
I think being a telemarketer would be an interesting job for a day or two... just to mess with people. :lol:
I could have sooooo much fun doing that. I would be fired after about a hour. What would be a really funny job is to be on one of them 900#'s and then at the end of each call in a very deep manly voice say thanks for calling man. I would probably get fired from that too. LOL
