Filled that out earlier this morning. One thing of major concern for me - They need to widen 42 from 40 to 70, and widen 40 from 42 to business 70.

Jesse - our current Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) has those projects included http://www.campo-nc.us/mtip.html . NC 42 widening from NC 50 to US 70 Business - Right-of-Way in 2021 and construction starting in 2023. Yes but those projects are 5-10 years out right now. It would be nice if they could escalate them. In 5-10 years NC42 will need to be 6 lanes and 40 will need to be 10 lanes lol.
Project I-4729, I-40/NC 42 interchange improvements in 2019, Project I-5111, I-40 widening from I-440/US 64 (exit 301) to NC 42 starting in 2018.
