Questionnaire at the bottom allow you to input your thoughts on what needs improvement in the study area. Here is a shortcut: https://southeastareastudy.metroquest.com/

There will be a public workshop on October 8th from 4pm to 7pm at the Clayton Town Center to assist with the transportation planning effort for the areas of southeast Wake County and western Johnston County. Below is additional information regarding this study and workshop.

Filled that out earlier this morning.

One thing of major concern for me - They need to widen 42 from 40 to 70, and widen 40 from 42 to business 70.

Jesse - our current Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) has those projects included http://www.campo-nc.us/mtip.html . NC 42 widening from NC 50 to US 70 Business - Right-of-Way in 2021 and construction starting in 2023. Hope this helps and please check out the Southeast Area Study. www.southeastareastudy.com #SEareastudy Public Symposium October 8th 4-7PM at the Clayton Center. Thanks

Yes but those projects are 5-10 years out right now. It would be nice if they could escalate them. In 5-10 years NC42 will need to be 6 lanes and 40 will need to be 10 lanes lol.
