I need someone that can clean carpet professionally. I don't want to spend a fortune, but I want it to be a good job. Believe me, I don't expect miracles either....my carpet needs some miracles....lol. Let me know if you know a carpet cleaner, or have used a carpet cleaner and would recommend them to someone.

He cleaned our carpets, took his time, and did an awesome job! I highly recommend him!

Chem-Dry of Johnston Co., they should be in the yellow pages. They did the carpets throughout our house before we bought it and did a great job, and within a very short time they were dry enough to be walked on. Our real estate agent had recommended them, she used them in all her houses that needed a carpet cleaning thrown in for the sale.

They also have a great carpet cleaner that you can buy, $10-20 per can (I can't remember how much because I haven't bought any in a while), but worth every cent when I was buying it!

I second Manny DiMeglio. He took care of my "pet abused" carpets!

Thanks for the information everybody. Pirate Girl, how did the pet abused carpet do? We have one room that the dog uses, if needed, and it has to be cleaned desperately. I appreciate the suggestions, and I will and check them out this week.

yeah.. that'd be an outdoor dog if he/she couldn't be paper-trained on a non-carpeted floor in the house (ie... kitchen, bathroom, laundry room)...

Our poor carpets potty trained 2 pups, so they needed assistance! I didn't have a smell and the carpet is burgundy so it didn't look that bad...boy was I surprised at the difference after the cleaning! My hallway looked new!
