I think it is just some crazy old bag who was talking to her wallet just before she crammed it in her mouth.

 

Sounds like it was an old time hearing aide, however the international Boing Boing site posted the following to their readers:

The thing that sells it as odd to me is that it appears that the person is talking to someone that isn't there.

 

I wish we could figure out how they made their fake tree cell phone towers look like real trees.

Unless . . . do yeah think the Bogus zebra is the cell phone tower? 8)
