I don't know if you opted in to the Payless Shoe class action settlement several months back or not, but check your spam folders. Yesterday I received an email from Payless_Claims@del2.com with the title "Class Action Settlement Certificate...". These are individually coded $25 merchandise certificates good towards the purchase in any Payless store. Of course, you would have had to opt in previously, but mine went to my spam folder and I almost missed it. I called the store and verified they are legitimate.
