Hard to say what I think because: A: Couldn't really make heads or tails on what the spat was over. B: It looks to be Jerry Springer TV at its finest C: Its no one that really I'm concerned about To me, if the situation were an everyday realistic one, I'd say the guy should restrain himself and press charges. However, we know that he'd face an uphill battle with just a simple slap. You can tell he slapped her a bit harder, but I can't say that she didn't deserve it. Since both were open handed, I'd say either prosecute both or let them mutually drop charges.
