Man Accused Of Having Child Porn On Computer The FBI and Johnston County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 26 year-old man on multiple charges Wednesday afternoon following a raid at his home. Matthew Kenneth Popke of Sunrise Drive, Garner was arrested on 12 counts of second degree sexual exploitation of a minor after a search warrant was executed at his home. Sheriff’s Captain A.C. Strickland said Popke is accused of having multiple images of child pornography on a computer and other electronic devices. Popke was placed in the Johnston County Jail under a $750,000 bond.

Yes, this is in Pleasant Woods (Sunrise Drive). He is not the home owner listed, but you can find the last name in GIS if you need to know exactly where this person lives. Creepy, but remember he gets his day in court.
When they say EXPLOITATION of a minor...Does that mean he has a victim and those pictures were on his hard drive? Or he was distributing pictures of random CP?
