Chinese Fire Drill

So what happened at the Chinese restaurant that is in the shopping plaza by La Piazza? Is it still open for business? I assume it was a kitchen fire, but does anyone know how bad?

 

I only live a mile away, drive into that plaza and didn't even know there was a fire!! Now I'm curious...

 

there was a ton of smoke coming off the roof up top the chinese restuarant & dry cleaners & we could smell somtheing burning

By the time 3 differnent departments should up there was no more smoke all i know was something with the chinese place they let us all back into the buildings & everyone is open.

I gather the reason for so many is b/c of the gas lines in case it got out of control

Confirm on China King being better than the new joint. I don't have the sensitivity to MSG that some have, yet the default meal I always order from a Chinese place (Shrimp with lobster sauce, no peas) was way too salty...some type of sodium, which I presumed to be MSG did not ENHANCE the flavor as they probably had desired. S w/LS as a default meal gets you one chance. I figure if you screw that up, I'm not coming back as there are too many places that do it right....and China King does it right.
I noticed going into China King that there is a notice where you can log on and get some coupons for the restaurant. I didn't copy the link. Will check in a few days..(next trip to CK)

I've had a horrible sinus headache/cold for the past few days. The only thing that cures is is hot chinese mus-My Friend (I think that's what it is). So, where is China King so I can take the family there?

Growing up in California everyone was always fully clothed during a "Chionese Fire Drill". Y'all around here are pretty kinky, I guess.
