I get to the corner of Dairy and Barber Mill around 5am. I looked toward the church that was torched last week and the Clayton PD was all over the property. As I am about to turn toward 42 I noticed a skinny dude standing on the corner watching the "action" while talking on his cell phone. Anyone know what happened?
