cigna commercial

most times I can figure out commercials. But this time I am confused. The commercial has two teen girls and two adult women.

First are the two adult women suppose to be the teen girls but years later?
One girl (on the bus) seams to be bullied (not allowed to sit down)
Second girl seams to have self esteem issues and is seen cutting her bangs.

What's that got to do with health care?

Seems that they are promoting mental health and self esteem. Those who have good mental health tend to have better physical health I might think.

But Cigna covers mental health as well, so that may be is also.
