This Tuesday, Feb 9th, City BBQ is going retro... back to the deal where it all began many years ago. Dollar rib day. Enjoy the bite off the bone, competition quality (if you like fall off the bone, I hate to tell you, but they're overcooked and usually disqualified in BBQ competitions) for just $1.00 each rib bone. Order as many or as few as you like. Get ribs, lots of 'em, and enjoy just the meat. Or grab a sandwich and two bones for the side. And speaking of sides, don't forget the homemade, fresh in house sides prepared daily. Dine in, take out, Call ahead or Web order. But do it early. They will likely sell out. In fact, I recommend placing your order today, so they can be sure to prepare enough!!! Now, if you can't make it this week, no worries. The price is still reasonably attractive at $1.35 each every Tuesday all day long. But I wouldn't pass this up. Ask if George is working (after 5 pm).
