Our Clayton High School Alumni Association will have a booth on Main Street across the street from Flowers By The Neuse and Beddingfiend Drugs. If you are a CHS Alumni, Teacher, Friend, etc. please stop by our booth. We organized in May 2004 and have awarded twelve $1,000. scholarships to CHS Seniors in the Classes of 2005, 2006 and 2007. We ask for a minimum contribution of $10.00 per year for membership. There is a tremendous need for scholarship funds for some outstanding Clayton High School seniors.

I moved from Clayton to Smithfield when I was 13 and have never been happy about not being a CHS graduate ('82). It may have been the festival last year that I saw a good friend from back in the day ... I hadn't seen her since we were 13. She hadn't changed a bit! I recognized her right off the bat! It was so good to see some one from the past I never really had. :neutral: Hijack over.
Last year 4042 had a booth and I received a wonderful backpack with 4042.com for stopping by and letting others know how wonderful this site is. Hope they have a booth again! Grace
