Clayton Paint Plus

    I'm so fuming mad at this paint store. I had to get a couple more gallons of paint because I ran out. I called in the number that was on my reciept and on the can because you can never just walk into that place and pick paint up. I figured I should order it and find out how long it would take for them to mix it. When I brought it home, it was a completely different color than the first batch. AND they won't take it back! They said it was my mistake and I told them a different color. I understand that custom made colors are non-refundable but not when it's their mistake! I also told them a gloss trim color once and they gave me semi-gloss. Again, wouldn't take it back even though it was their mistake. So far I'm out almost $100 worth of their errors! Can anything be done? I know I'll never set foot in their again!

    Call the manager and tell him that you need to verify their address because you are in contact with the Better Business Bureau and they are having trouble locating the company. This may get his attention.
