One of the culverts on my property (easement road to lot behind me) has a clogged up culvert. I've dug out what I can, but I'm going to have to hire it out. Who would you call to do such a job? It's not 100% blocked; I'd say maybe about 80%? TIA!

depends on if its county owned or private. county will clean it out, but you may have to wait a bit. call joco first, otherwise, maybe hire some strong teens

Would that also include trees growing in the ditch?

What department in the county do I call? I'm not sure if the streets in my subdivision (South Plantation Phase 2) are county or private.

I know no teens nor parents with kids, so if the county won't do it, I will have to find a business to do it. Thanks!

According to this: http://arcg.is/2b7LzpV your subdivision is not state maintained so NCDOT might not help you.

I am in the newer portion, the part to the left of Indian Camp (turn onto Sommerset). If I'm reading the map correctly, that area is secondary road, right?

if I remember correctly, Sommerset was sub-standard when built. Had a time getting school busses in there in the beginning.
