CLEVELAND ANGELS GOLF TOURNAMENT My name is Carlos Womack and I am the GCAA (Greater Cleveland Athletic Association) Girls Fast Pitch Softball Chairman. The GCAA is a non-profit organization that organizes and runs the youth recreational sports in the 40/42 area called Cleveland (between Garner and Clayton). Though we are a small community, we are growing fast and so is our girls fast pitch softball program. Of course, with growth comes new challenges such as, field space, field ussage, and a need for new equipment. In order to help supply the needs of our growing softball program we, the Cleveland Angels, are sponsoring a golf tournament to raise funds. The tournament is on Oct. 12th at Riverwood Golf Club in Clayton, with a shotgun start at 9:00. The format is four man superball. There will be prizes for Closest to the Pins, Long Drives, and of course placing in the tournament. We will also have many items to raffle off. Food after the round will be provided by Charlie's BBQ and Grille in Clayton. I have attached a link to our brochure that contains more information on the tournament.
