Cleveland Green Apartments

Does anyone have any information - phone number, web site, layout
on Cleveland Green Apartments. They are the new apartments being constructed behind Andy's and across from where the new Wal Mart will be?

 

You might want to try to contact the Son-Lan Construction company. I do not know their telephone number, but their office is right behind Golden Corral restuarant at 40/42. It's a small stand alone building at the dead end street.

 

Drove in there a couple of days ago,They told me it will be ready by May 1.They have 2 &3 bedroom apartment.From the sign that was there starting at $390.From the outside they looked very nice.

 

I don't believe Son-Lan has anything to do with these, unless they are the actual developer. I know the builder is from Fayetteville.

The only involvement that Son-Lan has with that project is that they sold the land to the developer/builder.

Are they even open yet? I can't find much if anything online.

 

I have the number but it is at work. They are income based. I am applying for one because my lovely husband left me. You have to pass a criminal background and credit check. It is $30 for those for each person over 18. They are ready now. I think the highest rent is $675.

 

Great, that should bring some real high class individuals into the area. Shouldnt be long before we hear gunshots fired over there.

 

I have two friends that are signed on for apts. there... 2 bedrooms are $375 a month. And they don't have anymore available, only 3 bedrooms are left. They aren't 'income based' apts either.

 

I've never heard of apartments with rent that cheap. I could have afforded that payment when I was 15.

 

You're an idiot. Honestly. Do you have some kind of magic keyboard where you can just touch any combination of keys and a stupid post spits out?
