We schedule 52 hours a week and extra to hand out books in the evenings. There might be minor interruptions when we are out giving away free books - still have 1/2 truckload to give away and when we can't get volunteers to cover a doctor's appointment. Any questions, call 919-661-6565. Some had to ask, what does this mean? It means we are still the only library in Johnston open 7 days a week, including most holidays. Since everyone working is a volunteer, it is their call if they decide to work a holiday. We would get more books on the right shelves faster, if we had more volunteers. Come out and sweat with the oldies, lose weight, and build muscles.
