Anyone else excited about going to see this????

I have been counting down the days since I saw the preview for it on "Transformers". Movie reviews should go up for it this afternoon, I just dont want to read any "spoilers".

Went, well if you get motion sick easily, this is definitely not the movie for you.

Wife said it was OK, I could have done without.

Of course I never understood why people were fascinated with Godzilla.

I cannot wait to see this movie. Hoping we get to see it before baby # 2 decides to make her debut.

Do you actually get to see a monster or just whiny slackers videotaping each other?

You get to see the monster, they did a fairly good job with that.

We saw it yesterday and really enjoyed it. I want to see it again to catch all the things I missed (like the water at the end of the movie).

    loved it

My son and I just got back from watching it-didnt make it Friday as planned. It was much better than I thought it would be.Im glad my wife didnt go-she would have hated it.Its all done with a jerky, hand held camera effect,so some may get motion sickness. And they show the monster-quite a bit.I'd read several reviews online-so I watched for certain things-like the water at the end, etc.Dont want to give anything away.If ya like monster movies-2 thumbs up!

I finally went to see it today. It was okay, it reminded me a lot of the Blair Witch Project in some ways. The motion did get to me a bit, but that could be this never ending morning sickness as well.

Please explain how someone can get motion sickness from that movie? Picture jerk-movement or something like that? That's new to me.

If I take my 10 years old with me, will he get scared? He like Godzilla and I still haven't find any pictures of the monster yet to see what he looks like in the new movie.

Hi Kaci - you're not alone! I also feel stupid, wondering how in the world people get motion sickness. It's a new movie just came out. Here's the link for you (and others) to check it out:

Motion sickness or kinetosis is a condition in which a disagreement exists between visually perceived movement and the vestibular system's sense of movement. Depending on the cause it can also be referred to as seasickness, carsickness, simulation sickness, airsickness, or space sickness.
