Husband & I live right at 40/42 and we're looking for a nearby co-ed gym to join. Anyone know of the current membership rates for Fit-for-Life or others around? Thanks!
If you want to just "join a gym", and then be left to your own devices, then Fit For Life or Planet Fitness will probably suit you. If you want a one-to-one Personal Training session, with a program of functional, full body exercises designed specifically for your needs, then my facility is your best choice.
