Sorry for the lame title. I had to get you to look. Those of you who have been following Julie Lee's battle with a brain tumor or anyone who has been touched by cancer should come to Holland's United Methodist Church Saturday night at 7:00 pm. If you have plans, just change them. If you don't, you have no excuse. David M. Bailey, a 10-year survivor of a Grade 4 Glioblastoma (the same as Julie's) and a recording artist boasting 14 CD's in his ten year singing career, will be at Holland's on Saturday night. He is currently one of the longest survivors of this type of tumor. We are told it will be a very inspirational concert, and through my conversations with him, I don't doubt that in the least. He's already been an inspiration to Julie. He is coming for the small price of a love offering, so there is no admission fee, we only ask that you drop a few dollars in the offering plate to support his hotel and flight and a few bucks for his time.
