Help! I was given some venison sausage links...they look like polish sausage/kielbasa. How do I cook them? Thanks!
Just like regular sausage. You could boil them to get the inside done and then grill them for the outside.

sausage Thanks for that warning! My uncle has some friends who belong to a hunt club near Greenville. They took the carcasses to a processing facility and had the sausage made. We're cooking them similar to how we'd cook kielbasa. Hopefully it will taste good! (Smells good anyway!)
