I didn't see that yesterday. I don't know if this was the problem, but I noticed that the couple of houses that sit next to each other had damage on a oak tree that is next to the road. The houses sit across the road from the big house before Winston Road. The tree looked like it was hit with a car, but I briefly saw it on the way to work. Could be wrong.
yeah, that is exactly where the problem was. The road was blocked for at least 3 hours yesterday. I was just curious.
