Custom Sewing for childs costume

Does anyone know of someone who sews well and is reasonably priced to sew a girls costume for a school activity?

 

What type of costume do you need? I sew, some of the things I have made have included my wedding dress, all of my childrens halloween costumes and curtains for the house.

 

I need a Laura Ingalls Wilder costume.

 

I know you can buy bonnets in the gift shop at Bentonville/Harper House.

 

I'm pretty handy with a needle and thread (even better with a sewing machine). What's the timeline?

Also, if you're just looking for something like a flour sack dress, you might do better to check out thrift stores (which they seem to have a lot of around here).
