Daycare

  1. I am looking for full time childcare for my 10 month old son... I have looked at in-home vs. centers and would like some feedback from those of you who have children at the centers around 40/42...

Open Arms vs. Little Stepping Stones vs. Building Blocks...

Can anyone give me their experience with each center - likes, dislikes, childs routine, classroom, etc.

    Thanks in advance...

Also - if you know of anyone who has an in-home center that is looking for full time children I will gladly take references :)

If you'll do a SEARCH at the top of the page (click on the search button and type in DAYCARES) you'll get more feedback than your brain can handle...lots of past threads and advice and opinions. Good Luck.

    We love Building Blocks.

No experience w/the other daycares so can't speak for those.

I know other posters here have said positive things about Little Stepping Stones also.

Open Arms has had both positive and negative feedback here in previous threads.

Sugar Babies on Sanders Road is the BEST! There is no better daycare than this!

My little guy has been going to Toddlers Inn on 70 since he was 18 months (now he's 2). He has loved all his teachers I feel really good about my decision to enroll him there. He has learned so much and he is excited to walk in every morning.

That's where DS went too, from the time he was 2 till almost first grade when I stopped working full time. Sure, there are prettier facilities, but the teachers are top notch and very caring. I still see some of DS's out and about and they always ask me about him.
