I have had over 30 skin cancer spots removed with most of them involving MOHS surgery. I love the doctors at UNC. I see Dr. Mauro as my dermatologist and Dr. Merritt does my surgeries. I have been dealing with skin cancer for about 15 years and have tried various other dermatologist and UNC is by far the best. It is a drive but in my opinion well worth it.
My family has been going to Dr. Andrus for years although I haven't seen him lately (thankfully). Bedside manner is okay, but he is a great doc...very smart and keeps up on current research. http://andrusdermatology.com/
