Hi everyone....I am getting my house ready to sell and really would like to have my house super cleaned. Baseboards, bathrooms, walls ect. Just a really good cleaning before I have the rugs cleaned. Looking for any recommendations ect. This is not a big house, 3bed 2bath, 1200 sq ft. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks
Someone please PM me too! I just saw this thread, and I too am getting ready to sell my home. Need a good cleaner recommended. I have a big house, 2800 sq. ft. and I just got a quote from Molly Maid for $85/hour!! That's just crazy, I've had 2 people in the past clean it, and the total was under $100! Unfortunately one of them moved away and I can't find the other's number. If anyone can recommend someone, please do!

I see many of you have spoken about people in this service being costly, expensive, or just unreasonable. There comes a point you have to ask yourself, since I don't want to clean my house, but I want to pay someone else to do, what exactly is reasonable? Would you be willing to clean a strangers house for that amount, or would you want as much as these services are being offered for? Not trying to bust anyone's chops, just trying to display that others have to make a living too; and when it has to do with cleaning someone else's house, the price is going to include the materials, take home pay, wear/tear on the vehicle, as well as any type of equipment to finish the job.
I agree also, to an extent. But I know a year ago I paid just over $100, and now everyone wants $300! There's a big difference there...
