Just realized my dog Laila got up on her hind legs and took a slice of Digorno stuffed crust pizza and devoured it. That won't harm her will it? It was the multi cheese topping with mozzarella stuffed in the crust. I know that much processed cheese is no good for us but what kind of effect will it have on a dog?

She may have a upset tummy...maybe give her some Pepcid AC. She should be fine though. They are so darned sneaky!!

When I realized what had happened she just looked at me and smiled and eyed the last piece that was there as if she wanted it also. She seams fine but only time and sleep will tell. Hopefully she will have a heck of a number 2 in the morning as I head off to my new job :)

    Rocky,

My dog eats dog food, cat food, people food, and anything else that can't get away and looks like food to him, and he is fine. Pizza is one of his favorites!

    Congratulations on the job!!!

Rocky, our chocolate lab has gotten into so many things and I'm always the one who is worse for the wear. He has devoured half of a red velvet cake, two raw eggs in the shell in a baggie with a sandwich round and wrapped slice of cheese (nice breakfast sandwich), hot dogs in the buns and a raw steak. We try so hard to lock him out of the kitchen if we have to leave something on the counter! I wish he would get an upset stomach and learn to leave our food alone! :ack:

A few years ago, we had grilled some beautiful steaks while camping with my Mom and her DH. There was a nice sized T-bone left over, and she left it up on the table in the travel trailer. We came back in a few minutes later to find her two dogs and mine happily sharing a $20 steak. No one to blame but ourselves.

They didn't even have the decency to look gulity. :jester:

Well I worried too much bout Laila. I got home from work and she was her usual chow hound self. So thanks all for your input, and for your warm wishes.

Gunther, our old dog is fine w/ Pizza but you better have a clothes pin to pinch your nose shut. Oh My, he is a gassy hound.
