I can't wait to see Mickey & Mighty Mouse start fighting over Minnie.

    Why not D.C. Comics?

I hope Disney doesn't destroy Marvel with a family friendly agenda, but i think that's inevitable.

DC's already owned by Time Warner. Disney practically destroys anything it touches.

Well comics are for kids you know. Anybody over the age of 11 that reads comics needs a life.

There has been talk of a 5th park for several years. Many Disney veterans have been wanting a villain theme park and/or something more for boys and teens. Maybe Disney plans to introduce Spidey and the gang as a 5th park or at least put them at Hollywood Studios.

I wonder how the Marvel Universe at Universal Studios will work with this deal.

As opposed to posting on 4042.com over 9 times a day?

I expect that you'll see anything releated to Marvel pulled out of Universal.

Current events are considered a little more mature than kiddie books. I bet you sit in your mom's basement and watch Star Trek re-runs.

Uhhh...considering this happened yesterday it IS a current event.

I own stock in Marvel. Bought some shares a year or so after the first Hulk movie came out. I figured once CGI had come this far and they can make comic books into action movies the fan boys would eat it up.

    They have.

    I made money.

    Business, son. Business.

Not really, but I would be willing to bet that you are the kind of sociopath that keeps his mother (if you ever even had one) locked in the basement and force her to take dictation for your copious 4042.com posts.

Didn't D.C. Comics come up with first gay superhero?

I thought I read yesterday that the licensing contract expires in 2011, so I'm thinking that Universal will have to replace everything by then. I'm not sure when the Harry Potter stuff is going to ready, but I'm guessing Universal is banking on HP to save them.
