FYI, Disney has a deal going now where you can book 4 nights and get 3 nights free. We just booked for March 13th thru the 20th and for 3 people, hotel stay, tickets to the parks, 2 meals and 2 snacks per day, re-fillable mug for drinks and a $200 gift card at check in, the price is around $1750. Not bad at all for 7 nights/8 days at Disney! K
Good deal. We just went in OCtober, and that was about our price for 3 for 3 days. Sometimes they raise the rates, and then discount, but that does not seem the case.
We're staying at POP Century! Mama Ape, yall should so go! Such a good deal, you have pay the $200 deposit and the rest 46 days before. But the $200 gift card at check in was what sold us. Plus, the CEO was on one of the financial channels the other night and said this is the BEST deal they've offered since right after 9-11. It's DS's b-day present! He's so excited! He'd be even more excited with a friend named abby...lol K
if you get the disney card you can get 6 months no interest. That is what we did, they are going to adjust the price for us since the new offer came out after we booked :hurray:
We're planning on putting it on the card till we get tax refunds...that'll pay for it! Thanks though. K
WONDERFUL!! Have a great time! Pop Century is the neatest place! We absolutely loved it when we went in January. We can't imagine paying for an "upscale" resort as we were never in the room to begin with. We didn't even have that much time to check out the amenities at Pop because we stayed at the parks from opening to closing. Sounds like a great deal. Wish we could go again - BTW January is a fantastic time to go. It was a bit crowded but nothing like spring/summer. Also, the weather was nice- I'd much rather wear at jacket or sweatshirt all day at Disney than be there in the hot summer sun ROASTING!
When do you have to travel by to get the promotion? We went Sept. 2007 ... stayed in one of the moderate value resorts ... one step up from All Star, Pop Century, ... and only paid something like $100 a night. With that we got the FREE meal plan. So I'm not sure this is an outstanding deal.
go to disney online and check out the promotion dates. I didnt get the gift card because of my dates, and with the new rate changes they had at the end of Sept. this is a good deal!
