ok i tried calling & was on hold for 30 minutes and still had not gotten a human so i am asking you guys if anyone knows that if you purchase a SC vehicle which does not require notarizing on the title and bring it back to NC to title here because this is the state of your residence, does the DMV require any additional form or notarizing of anything? This is not for me, just helping out a client.
Tonya was great, thanks Mafiaman. The answer was no, since SC does not require notarization then NC accepts their titles without it.
