I'm looking for a new OB/GYN or just GYN (no more babies in my future, God Willing). Please share your recommendations and why you like him/her. I'm particularly interested in finding someone who will explore different possible causes for my symptoms instead of just telling me I need antidepressants (which I am already on). I'm definitely willing to travel for a really good one so please share your experiences. Thanks!
I use Raleigh OB/GYN http://raleighob.com/ I really like them. I am past having babies and have some issues and they have been great so far. They are near REX.
I use Dr. Marjorie Merod, she is just GYN. She is outstanding too. She is very easy to talk to and will explore all options and help you find solutions. She is located near Rex Hospital. Her phone number is 571-8304.
I like Wilkerson OB/Gyn in Raleigh. I've been going there for 23 years. They delivered all three of my children and I've never had a complaint. They are located in the building adjoining the birthing center at Rex Hospital.

I second Wake OB/GYN. I see Dr. White there and he is so nice and compassionate. Very easy to talk to. Everyone there I have dealt with is very nice.
