that hairstyle where the bottom part of your hair is brown, and the top part is highlighted blonde? I'm not talking about streaks, or chunks. I'm talking blonde all over color on just the crown portion of your hair, and then like a brown shade underneath? I have googled till my fingers are tired and I can't find a photo or a name for it.
Kinda looks like the first pic on this page http://hairstyles.free-beauty-tips.glam.com/blonde-hairstyles.html
No, it's got a name.....but I can't remember what it is. The pic doesn't really reflect it. It wouldn't be quite as much blonde. Where's T4T?
Jen, you know I luv ya girl... so I say this with the utmost respect. I think you can do highlights no problem but not totally or almost totally blond. I'm a big 'If your brunette be brunette loud and proud' kinda girl.
Yeah people who work in a salon or don't have a REAL job or teenagers/20 year olds. In a "business" setting that wouldn't fly.
Mine kinda looks like that - although its highlighted (not just blonde) but darker at the bottom, just in the back - sorry don't know what its called and don't have pix for ya, lol! I have seen girls with an 'angeled bob' cut with blonde on top and dark at the back where its angled up. Good luck!
I work in a very professional setting and there are some girls here w/ that type of color..... it may not be that blonde on top but it's one color on the lower part and lighter on the top part. The girls are in there 30's.
I was gonna get mine done like that but it would look like I had a "toupe" (too-pay) on my hair. I just don't care for it for me so I got highlights and streaks. Now on you, who I have never met, it may look drope dead gorgeous. Good Luck!!
THAT blonde is for some chick who doesn't have a *business* type setting for a job. I've seen the less blonde (more ash) version on some people and it looks good. Not for me though. And if I had someone I was interviewing that would definately be a factor. You have to look professional. (not a suit, but look like you are not 12):lol:
I agree that blonde is not for me either..... and as I said, I haven't ever seen it THAT blonde on top.....but I have seen the peek a boo color...done in good taste.
